Hottie Pilates is a unique conditioning program based on a series of dynamic, systematic and progressive movements, developed by Janice Nichols.
The Hottie Program is built on traditional techniques of Joseph Pilates fused with multi-joint, multi-plane athletic training movements which promote strength, flexibility, balance and movement. The benefits also include improved posture, coordination, functional flexibility, proportional muscle strength and overall muscle tone.
The Hottie Movements are systematic; patterned to focus on the whole body and not just individual muscles. Pilates equipment and resistance training methods are utilized for recruitment of muscles.
The Hottie Program relies on constant change in order, pace, pattern and progression of movements as it reshapes, elongates and sculpts the body.
