New Client Consultation
- Required for all new clients
- 30 minute one-on-one consultation with Janice Nichols
- Fee: No Charge
- Can be scheduled online by creating profile or by contacting us at 512-992-1790
- Download and complete Hottie Forms or arrive early to fill them out prior to consultation
Introductory Programs - Required for all new clients
Introductory Group Program
- Minimum of 10 sessions
- Up to 5 clients per group
- Option 1 - 10 session package - $400 (save $100) - expires in 2 months
- Option 2 - Single Group session - $50 each
Introductory Private Program
- Minimum of 6 sessions
- One-on-one Training
- $80 per session
- $115 per session with Janice
After successfully completing the required Introductory Program, you will meet with Janice Nichols for a follow-up consultation and will be able to participate in the following sessions.
Private
- One-on-one personalized training
- Permanent reservations available
- Fee: $80
- Fee with Janice: $115
- Fee with Kewa: $65
Duo
- Two clients with one instructor
- Permanent reservations available
- Fee: $55
Hottie Equipment Group
- Offered in Level 1 and Level 2
- Up to 5 clients per group
- Permanent reservations available
- Fee: $45
Hottie Floor Work
- Offered in Level 1, Level 2 and Combo 1 & 2
- Up to 15 clients on floor
- Fee Options:
$25 per session
$200 10-sessions package (save $50) - expires in 2 months
$1200 6-month unlimited (A space is reserved for you in every Floor Class)
Other unique exercise sessions are offered and can be viewed on our schedule.
